Refund Policy

If another animal or the pet sitter is harmed due to the pet guardian's pet, the animal's owner will be held responsible for the entire amount due for the service regardless of time spent.
If an animal becomes injured under the sitter's care due to the sitter's negligence or error, cost sharing for insurance deductible will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
50% refund with less than 7 days notice.
0% refund with under 48 hours notice (reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the event of emergencies, sickness, etc. some or all of the cost of the visits may be refunded).
In the event an animal must be taken in for emergency care, additional hours may be logged and charged to cover the sitter's time and travel.
